he Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, organized a Guest Lecture and Medical & Health Check-Up Camp on March 20, 2026, at Block C, IUHP, in collaboration with IQAC and Moon Hospital, Baddi, to promote health awareness and commemorate the 124th Birth Anniversary of Prof.M. L. Schroff. A total of 120 students and faculty members participated in the session. The expert lecture was delivered by Dr. Manisha Bhagat, Moon Hospital, Baddi, on the topic “Healthy Lifestyle in Current Socioeconomic Scenario.” She shared valuable insights on a balanced diet, exercise, and stress management. The session was informative and engaging.

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh organized a Symposium on “Regulatory Framework for Medical Devices” on February 23, 2026 in the Conference Hall. The expert session was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Arora, Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Amity University, Mohali. He explained key regulatory aspects related to medical devices, including classification, approval pathways, compliance requirements, quality standards, and recent updates in regulatory policies. The session was informative and interactive, providing students with valuable insights into regulatory affairs in the medical device industry. A total of 51 students participated in the symposium.

The FPS department in collaboration with Women's Club organized a guest lecture on the POSH Act: Implementation, Gaps, and Challenges, delivered by Dr. Amrita Rathi, a certified PoSH Trainer, on December 5, 2025. A total of 80 students and faculty members participated in the session. The session highlighted key compliance strategies, identified enforcement gaps like inadequate reporting mechanisms, and discussed challenges such as cultural barriers and training deficits. Attendees gained actionable insights for workplace safety.

The FPS department in collaboration with Mental Wellbeing Club of the ICFAI university organized a guest lecture on December 1, 2025, on the theme “Healthy Mind Healthy Body. A total of 100 students and faculty members participated in the session. The session was led by the invited guest speaker, Dr. Ritu Diwan (AMO), BAMS, from Ayushman Arogya Mandir, Mandhala. Dr. Ritu Diwan delivered a thought-provoking and informative lecture emphasizing the deep interconnection between mental, physical and spiritual health.

The FPS department in collaboration with Women's Club organized a guest lecture on "Two Silent Threats: Raising Awareness about HIV and Cervical Cancer" by Dr. Manisha Bhagat, Senior Consultant Gynecology at Moon Hospital, Baddi, on November 26, 2025. A total of 70 students and faculty members participated in the session. She covered transmission modes, screening protocols, HPV vaccination, and stigma challenges, equipping participants with vital prevention and early detection insights.

Dr. D. Subbarao, former Governor of RBI, delivered a lecture on “RBI Making a Difference to Everyday Lives” at the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad on 6th February, 2015 which was streamed live to the various Universities of the ICFAI Group in an interactive mode to facilitate questions from the audience.
The students and the faculty members along with VC and CAO attended the lecture. The lecture was highly educative as Dr. Subbarao explained the various complex issues of Indian banking sector and the economy in a very simple and lucid manner.

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad in partnership with US Consulate General, Hyderabad organized a lecture on “ Indo- US Economic Ties-The Next Ten Years”.
The lecture was delivered by Mr. Richard M. Rossow on 8th December, 2014 which was streamed live to various Universities of the ICFAI Group. The students and the faculty members along with VC and CAO attended the lecture.
The lecture was highly informative and enabled the students to form their own opinions on the topic.
