- Public Grievances Cell has been set up at ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh to enable submission of grievances by the students and their parents to take action for speedy and favorable redress of their grievances.
Constitution of Public Grievances Cell
- In order to reduce the load on the PG Portal of DARPG, Public Grievance Cell has been formed in the IUHP.
- Public Grievances Cell aims to enable submission of grievances by the students and their parents to take action for speedy and favorable redress of their grievances.
- The following members are appointed by the IUHP Officials for handling Public Grievances.

The Public Grievance Cell is directed to make preliminary investigations into a complaint made to it by a complainant, hold enquiries into such complaints, to resolve the matter by delving deep into its merits/demerits, and to issue orders pursuant to the findings of the enquiry.
